I am supposed to monitor what is happening in eLatvia and report it back to my government. I am also supposed to represent the eUS to eLatvia on your forum and to your president and MoFA. As to how I can cooperate with your country, I am usually on irc, you can message me either there or in the US embassy page of your forums. I can try to help you with any problems you may have. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by what is happening in my country though.

I suppose with "usually" you mean around 2h every day, which comes out roughly 8.33% of the time.
